Other things to do:
Make a Service Project quilt: organizations most often request twin-sized bed quilts (approx. 70” x 90”) for adults and children. Smaller quilts are also welcomed, especially those with juvenile fabrics.
Make placemats (approx. 14” x 18”) to donate to organizations providing meals to home-bound residents. Bring the placemats to the October and November meetings.
Summer projects: quilts for Albany Hospice, Camp Erin (Sept. 2013). Bunk bed sized quilts (42-50 wide, 70-82 long). Contact Marcia Hajeck for more information or with completed quilts. Bring to September meeting.
